Explain how dispositional trait theories (Allport, McCrae and Costa) are different from biological trait theories (Eysenck and Buss)

Theories of Personality, for this assignment.
McCrae and Costa (Feist et al., 2018) theorized that personality traits can be categorized by five major factors:
• Openness
• Conscientiousness
• Extraversion
• Agreeableness
• Neuroticism
Like Allport, they claim that individuals will score at a specific point along a continuum for each of the five factors. For example, a high score in extraversion may reflect that someone is outgoing, or a low score may reflect that a person is reserved. Most people will score somewhere in the middle, with only a few who score at either of the extremes.
Combined, these factors can give us insight into recognizing and accepting our own dispositional traits as well as those of others. Such an understanding of personality can help us to self-reflect, predict behaviors, and demonstrate empathy in ways that can improve our relationships with colleagues in diverse workplace environments.
Part I: Trait Theories
Explain how dispositional trait theories (Allport, McCrae and Costa) are different from biological trait theories (Eysenck and Buss)

You have been invited to interview for a position as a salesperson in a retail store. Explain how well you would fit this role by describing your personality to the hiring manager.

2. You are considering a position as a bookkeeper for a small accounting firm. How well would your personality fare in this environment? Include at least one biological factor in your explanation.

3. National Geographic is looking for a photographer. Which personality dimensions would require high scores to be successful in this position?

4. Based on the results of the Big Five Personality Test, what might be the ideal career for your personality? Why?

A rose for emily, Sanity or Insanity in Grierson’s house of horror.

Is Emily insane? What kind of insanity?Does she have more than one — identify any and all using the Diagnostic Manual, not your opinion. At what point in the text did you determine she becomes insane or perhaps sane for the first time in her life? How did she become insane or gain back her sanity? To what extent does her “insanity” free her from all that she has experienced? To what extent does her reclamation of her sanity free her soul? To what extent does she “masculinize” herself as she goes insane or as she gains sanity? To what extent does she adopt “toxic Masculinity”? Why does “masculinization” of self, basic or toxic, count? What are some of her growing and final acts of rebellion/gaining freedom? Do not call Emily a lunatic or use any other slang words. Use appropriate mental health terminology.

Keep your response literary, though you may use the Diagnostic Mental Health Manual . To maintain a literary focus, use appropriate concepts such as theme, foreshadowing, symbolism, irony, setting, allusion, character analysis, and so on.

the major newspapers for the time period 1867 to 1922 were the different versions of the Leader and the Wyoming Tribune although there are others. Select a year you wish to research between 1867 and 1922 and then select a week during that year for your paper and presentation. The paper is worth 100 points and will be three to five pages in length. You do not need to provide citations in your paper unless you prefer to do so. However, in your text you will need to identify the date of the newspaper and the title of the article being referenced. Five topics related to Cheyenne and Wyoming, not nationally, are to be researched in your paper. They are: Incidents of law and order Role of women Economic activities (businesses, cost of items, advertising, etc.) Social activities Anything you find interesting and/or surprising

Harry potter and the cursed child.

Explain your vision of a production

2. Let me know the actors you’d use for the four roles assigned and explain why

3. Let me know your vision for the costumes and explain why

Describe in a short narrative (less than a page if you’d like, or as a voice over if you’d prefer. You may also just use very specific bullet points) explaining how you envision a production of this show.

*What is your vision? If you were to create a production how would it look and what would it say?

*What would you like to do through the production and how will you present it artistically?

Would you like to tackle some of the serious themes of the play and have a “heaviness” to it? Maybe you’d like to present it as children’s theater and really make the show magical? This is the type of thing to tackle here, as well if you’d like it to be “realistic” or “symbolic” or “minimalist” etc. Please don’t ever include things like “to make a lot of money.”

2. Select actors (include images) to play the 4 roles and explain why you chose them. Just do an internet search for actors (they can be movie or TV actors) that fit your vision of the characters

3. Send images for the costumes for those 4-characters in whatever manner you are comfortable. You may draw them or cut and paste images that fit your vision from an internet search (and again, explain why). So, if your concept is to set the play in 1950, your costumes can reflect that, etc. If there is anything that the script dictates about costumes, then pay attention and integrate them.. The colors of the the “Houses” might be important: such as Sclytherin green or Gryffindor red.

4. Technical elements. Let me know the type of space you’d like to use and three locations (sets): two of your choosing and one being Hogwarts. Again, this is nota request for a CAD drawing to scale or glitzy PowerPoint. Those are fine but simple sketches will work if that is where your talent lies. If none of these are up your alley then find inspiration in real-life and send images.
