we have read about and discussed the benefits of using evidence to inform our decisions; however, this can perhaps go too far. With this in mind, how far do you think we should we go to use evidence data in the workplace?? Is Amazon’s data-driven approach useful to making decisions?? Is the trend toward data driven management is positive trend that will improve employee productivity and efficiency?? Or does this produce negative effects?? Ultimately, what do you take away from Amazon’s approach??
