Daily fantasy sports have taken off in recent years, but the industry has been met with much resistance from state governments claiming that the sites equate gambling. For examples, both the states of Nevada and New York have classified daily fantasy sports as gambling and shut down sites from the two major players, DraftKings and FanDuel.
