Americans will accept the financial expense and enjoy their usual two-week vacation. Contrary, most French are accustomed to month-long vacations. From a cultural standpoint, the cost of lodging at Disneyland Paris Resort proved too expensive for them. The Disney Company experienced revenue shortfalls when Disneyland Paris opened in 1992.
