examine the position vulture investors take regarding the governance of distressed corporations. The goal of vulture investors is that by liquidating the assets of the distressed corporations there would be enough funds released to honour the debts owed including interests. There is significant change to the financial and operational structure when vulture investors are involved with the reorganization of distressed corporations.
