• The call center will employee approximately 400 employees including management and support staff and will operate on a 24/7 basis, 365 days per year.
• VW is opening this fictional call center in order to better support their new increased emphasis on selling electric cars in the US.
• The call center will answer questions for prospective customers, new customers, established customers, dealers, car service personnel, and provide roadside assistance to customers.
• If you locate the operation near a city, the costs will be higher and the labor pool higher and more educated. If it is located in a smaller community, the labor will be cheaper and less education. They will also need more amenities.
