Jane has completed the three day food intake form and is giving you the one day food record she wants to be analyzed (attached below). This is the first part of the project.

You need to complete the excel worksheet (attached below) using the USDA website following the instructions for the website attached. Fill in the excel spreadsheet and complete the bottom section following the directions provided in the project description in the syllabus. It has been copied and is attached below. [The DRI (Dietary Reference Intakes) are described in chapter 2. The actual tables with data about individual foods are in Appendix A. You will need to look at these to complete the DRI section on the excel worksheet.]
