Famous American novelist Ralph Ellison once said, “Education is all a matter of building bridges.” What bridges have you built thus far with your education, and what kind of bridge might you be able to build through participating in the Pioneer Research Program? ( This is an application essay for the Pioneer Research Program (you can search it up online). I want to compose an essay in which it talks about my past educational journey, and about what “bridges” I am able to build through participating in this program. The key to this essay is to understand the core meaning of this quote, which I believe is talking about how education can create a bridge between a plethora of ideas, and how it impacts the world.
