Describe the policy’s goals as envisioned by its proponents. Identify key components of the policy itself. Next, explain the criticisms associated with this policy, or the arguments of opposing factions and detractors. Incorporate relevant findings from social science research to bolster these criticisms. Finally, devise an argument for supporting a change in law, programs, or policies related to the area addressed in your field experience. What recommendations would you make to address these criticisms?
