3. Who was the author of the document? Provide a short biography of the author (be sure to provide a citation for the source used)

5. What three things does the author say that you think is important?
6. Identify two key concepts within the document. Complete the SEE-I exericse for each identified concept. Read an explanation of the SEE-I exercise in the course table of contents.
