In the group component of the consultancy project you were required to execute (using the 5 Cs framework) an initial SWOT analysis of Mother-Well Holistic Health’s current position. Then, using Ansoff’s growth matrix, you reflected on which strategy the company could use in order to take their business ‘from good to great’. You were also required to justify your recommendation. Now you will be working individually to construct a marketing plan for Mother-Well Holistic Health in order to build on the work you did in the group component and extend your ideas and planning further.
