What recommendations would you give someone on how to use his or her noble purpose to inspire coworkers?

Successful companies often have missions that proclaim a noble purpose such as improving people’s lives, making transportation safer, or improving accessibility to sustainable resources. Leaders frame a noble purpose that inspires and leads their followers. When people have a sense of purpose in their work and are able to see the positive difference their work can make in the world, they may perform at a higher level.

Consider your place of employment or a company where you would like to work. How would you integrate a noble purpose into your workplace? What recommendations would you give someone on how to use his or her noble purpose to inspire coworkers?

  3. Present an example of a situation that you believe would constitute a boundary violation with a current client but might be acceptable with a former client.

This may include areas in which you have clarified your views and beliefs, modified your thinking on a given issue, gained new insights, or acquired a new perspective.
