The purpose of this SLP is to apply ratio analysis to assess the financial health of ABC Company. Use the income statement presented in the case during this module to compute general or overall profitability ratios. Compute three ratios using at least one of the income statement accounts for each ratio. Some profitability ratios include both income and balance sheet accounts. The balance sheet accounts are found in module 2.

Assume that ABC Company is a small specialty retail store. Ratios are relevant when assessed over time or across companies. IBIS is a comprehensive resource containing market research and statistics, which can be used to compare ABC Company to the industry and leaders in the industry.

When selecting a cloud hosting vendor, the Service Level Agreement must be considered. Find at least two cloud hosting vendors. Google and Microsoft are cloud hosting vendors—also Rackspace and others.

•Complete the analysis with a recommendation for the vendor to use based on the analysis in the report.

Assignment Expectations

Prepare a report comparing two cloud hosting vendors using the criteria listed above. This should be a combination of tables and description as you present the comparisons of features and costs of the cloud hosting vendors. It would be advantageous to use the Excel skills you are learning in the SLP assignments. Excel output can be copied into Word documents; also, you can attach your Word analysis and your Excel analysis.

You can research any collaboration software to prepare your assignment and discuss its infrastructure. Examples are Skype, Google Docs, and Office 365 productivity applications like OneDrive, email, etc. Share your findings in your Case paper; you can provide a comparative analysis across these types of collaboration software. You can also use the Module 3 discussion to communicate your findings. How would collaboration software have helped in your past team experiences?

This Case is to cover team processes and the IT infrastructure to support team processes. For the IT infrastructure refer to Module 3, Lecture 1: Business IT Networks and Components (above). The IT infrastructure consists of components identified as hardware, software, communication systems, data resources, and people. These components apply to information systems, and in Module 3, you will be analyzing collaboration systems. Select ten bones of the body. Create a learning tool or strategy for each bone that would help you or another student to learn the name and location of each bone.
Step 3 Write a paragraph.
Write a brief paragraph that explains how the skeletal system is involved in homeostasis of the entire body. Provide one example of what can happen to homeostasis when a component of the skeletal system malfunctions.
