Take some time to think about your community’s positive and negative aspects. Your community is whatever you define it to be, people, place, or both. What is the most pressing local issue or problem facing your community? Who do you think can help you solve that problem? In answering these questions, think about the resources that you are necessary to solve this problem. In terms of the problem, what role can government or others play in helping to solve this problem? Is voting/political involvement an option? How would you enlist the help of government or others in solving the problem?
