What we need to do next is to expand the paper. We need to start developing Literature Review. We need to develop more around the turnover FACTORS, instead of the authors(writers). We need to have now a sub parts , as per below – 1.1 Turnover intention and demographic factors (age, gender, …) 1.2 Turnover intention and organziaitonal committment 1.3 Turnover intention and job satisfaction … Because we are now oriented to the job satisfaction we will have to develop a literature review for that as well. We need to have something written in each sections before for expand it too much. Plus, we will have to design a questionnaire and the last file – ”Trust, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention ” gives that. All paper should look like a zipped master thesis please. I will give you more insight on the questionnaire in a day or two.
