Write a 750-1000 word essay reviewing Thoreau, H.D. (1854) Walden or Life in
the Woods, Carson, R. (1962) Silent Spring and Boyd, A. and Mitchell, D.O. (2016) Beautiful
Trouble: A Toolbox for Revolution. Include at least one citation from each of the books as
well as two additional scholarly references for a minimum of five. Interpret and discuss in your
own words the three different types of environmental activism that are represented in these books
and how they inspired environmental action. Compare what you have read in this book to other
scholarly reference material. How does the information in this book compare to other authors
